Fiberglass
Fiberglass is the entry material to the Padel with its cheaper price. The padel is good for the beginners/amateurs or someone who is just wanna to play Padel but with less budget. There are lots of practice by named brands who is using the fiberglass material in the entry padel.Compared to Carbon fiber, the fiberglass is more soft which can make the padel has a good control ability.
Carbon
As we all known, carbon is widely used in Tennis/Badminton/Squash rackets. It is surely a very good option for Padels.
The carbon has a high stifiness than fiberglass, but due to the cross knitting only, the carbon are in less felixibility. In that way,we always put the carbon in the middle layers to reinforce the padel durability and stifiness. So the carbon racket will be more durable than fiberglass racket.
3K Carbon
We must say that 3K Carbon is really very popular by our customers for its perfect performance in both transitional or top blades.3K carbon is woven by "X-Y" methods. It make the 3K carbon has a very advantage "power-spot".It can apply on the outer side of the padel without influence its control for sure.Besides, because of its extra durability,we are more efficiency on the punishing.
12K Carbon
12K is in the middle of 3K and 18K. Same as 3K carbon,it is also woven by "X-Y" methods.Because of its high density, the 12K Carbon can have a better control comparing to the same specifications of 3K or Carbon racket. From manufacturing side,it's a kind of good fiber in Padel.
Kevlar
Need to say the Kevlar is not 100% consist of Kevlar. It is the 3K Carbon and Kevlar mixed knitting. As Kevlar is easy getting fluffy during the punish and drilling. There is no 100% Kevlar applied on the Padel. The Kevlar is widely used by most of the famous brand. It is also a tendency in Padel. The Kevlar is a kind of soft material. So it performs very well if you are seeking for both Power and Control.
18K
The 18K is surely one of the top material with its excellent durability and flexibility. Most of the flagship rackets are using the 18K carbon. But it is not as popular as 3K for its high cost.18K carbon is designed by the ranked/top players who is seeking the high performance with both control and power.
Foam Frame
It's inspired by our Tennis Racket manufacturing experience with famous brand. The Foam Frame can largely increase the contorl and reduce vibration on your every shoot. It can offer the best "control" comparing to the same EVA hardness padels in the market.
Foam Grip
Against the traditional hollow Carbon tubular, the patent Foam Grip reduce the vibration but also keep the stability a lot. Each of our production are using our patent foam stripe, which never can be copied by our competitors
Persistence Tracking
We track every racket production records with our strictly QC members to make sure each racket are in good quality. We can easily find out the problem with our "track code" after getting the feedback by our padel lovers.
Cross Drilling
We have long time production history with the named brands. Our drilling machine can make the drill 5 padels/group in a precise way.Which largely increase our production efficiency.Compare to the traditional or small plant"UP-Down" drilling practice, our cross drilling technology can keep the hole more precise and keep the padel more tidy. That gives our padel the benefit of more efficiency in the next step.
Frame&EVA Resistance Testing
We are proud to say each padel must get tested one by one for its frame resistance to make sure there is no stratification when the padel comes to the market. In the other hand,it will test out our patent foam frame stability and firmness with the EVA Core. We will take each testing data into our production records. There is no padel can skip away this strict testing step in our manufacturing practice.
Frame/Decal Durability Testing
300 times with the ball speed of 42m/s.(International Practice) to make sure there is no problem with our painting and water decal quality. A long-lasting painting is very import to the padel lovers.Everyone wants to keep their each purchasing worthable and durable. As the original manufactur,we must consider all the details and control the quality before the shipping.

Tips How to Choose a Padel Racket?
-Diamond: Perfect for advanced players. The sweet spot is smaller and located in the higher level of the racket. It makes it easier to hit the ball hard. They are not easy to control for the beginners.
-Tear Drop: Suitable for medium or advanced players. The sweet spot is in the higher level of the racket too.
-Round: Best for beginners. The sweet spot of the racket is rather big and it is located in the middle of it. The weight of the rackets is evenly distributed. These sorts of rackets are usually easy to control.
Nowadays most rackets ranges from 36 mm to 38 mm. Advanced players use to choose thicker rackets to hit the ball harder.
For beginners, thinner rackets because they are easier to use.
Most frame of the rackets are made of fiberglass or carbon. The surface may contain 3k, 12k, 18k carbon.
And these are introduced to some higher end rackets to make them extra resistant to shocks and accidents.
-Beginners: Using a light or medium weight racket, preferably round and thin, 36 mm or 38 mm.
-Medium level players: Using a medium weight racket. Using a round or tear shape racket, 36 mm or 38 mm.
-Advanced players: Using any shape and weight will be fine. Most players will make the most of their talent by utilizing diamond shaped, heavier rackets, 38mm thick.
-Women: Lighter rackets are best for the women. Most brands usually offer rackets specially tailored for women.
-Kids: Using a much lighter, thinner and smaller racket. Looking for specially designed rackets for kids.
